The event is organized by So Fuar Group, an Istanbul-based company with over 20 years of experience in the exhibition industry.
Exhibitors can pay the participation fee in a maximum of two installments. The first is due within 1 month of contract, and the last no later than 1 month before the exhibition opening.
Cancellations 6 months prior incur a 25% fee, less than 6 months a 50% fee, and less than 3 months a 100% fee. The contract cannot be unilaterally canceled.
In case of delayed payments, the organizer may relocate the participant or not grant space and service.
