About This Expo
The Portuguese-Speaking Countries Products and Services Exhibition (PLPEX) 2026, held from October 21-24 in Macau, China, is a pivotal event for businesses seeking to expand into Portuguese-speaking markets and the neighboring Hengqin Special Economic Zone. Organized by the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) at Cotai Expo, The Venetian Macao, PLPEX 2026 replaces the previous China-Portuguese Speaking Countries Economic and Trade Exhibition. This exhibition is designed for companies from Portuguese-speaking countries, Spanish companies, and local businesses, aiming to foster trade and investment. It features dedicated spaces for "quality products and services" with specific quotas for agriculture (30%), cross-border e-commerce (20%), and the blue economy (10%). The event runs concurrently with the Macau International Fair (MIF).
