The SWVS 2026 will be held from September 17-20, 2026, at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, TX.
Exhibit hall hours are: Thursday, Sept 17 (1:00 pm – 4:00 pm), Friday, Sept 18 (9:30 am – 5:00 pm), and Saturday, Sept 19 (9:30 am – 4:30 pm).
Attendees can register by visiting the official website, swvs.org, and following the online registration directions.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by August 1. A $50 handling fee applies, and no refunds are issued after this deadline.
