Marking its landmark 20th anniversary, the Malaysia International Dive Expo (MIDE) 2026 continues its legacy as Southeast Asia's premier diving and marine leisure exhibition. Since its establishment in 2006, MIDE has welcomed more than 300,000 visitors and has become a key platform connecting the global diving community. Highlight 3: Free Try-Dive Experiences and Professional Forums Drive Community Engagement
One of the most anticipated attractions at MIDE 2026 is the return of the Pool Try-Dive Experience, offering complimentary introductory scuba diving sessions for participants aged 12 and above under the supervision of certified instructors. Designed to encourage wider participation in diving and ocean exploration, the program helps lower barriers for first-time divers. Complementing the hands-on experience, the expo will host a series of expert-led forums and technical sessions covering Cave Diving, Freediving, Women in Diving, Technical Diving, Underwater Photography, and Adaptive Scuba Diving, providing valuable learning opportunities for divers of all experience levels.
