The Western Farm Show is held at the American Royal Complex in Kansas City, Missouri.
Based on 2025 data, show hours are Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
For 2025, adult tickets were $10 daily. Children aged 12 and under were free. First Responders, Military, and Veterans received free admission on Sunday with proper identification.
